I have been seeing Kate for about three years since being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which causes widespread neuropathic pain. Kate has helped me keep the pain controllable so I can carry on with most every day tasks and live a relatively normal life. I had a bulging disk in the lower back and whilst onboard I was experiencing sciatic pain down my buttock, both thighs and lower legs, I could hardly walk on board the vessel. I visited Kate Lanning on the 1st day for acupuncture and immediately got relief. By the end of the week (5 visits) I was back to normal, walking , no pain and sleeping 8 hours straight. I have a bulging disk in my lower back left side, and have pain down my leg , back of the thigh from slight to serious pain 80% of the time. Since my acupuncture session on the first day of the cruise, I have not had any back pain or leg pain , despite going on level  2-3 excursions 5 days in a row , miles of walking of steps on uneven stones. I'm totally sold , I haven't felt this great with my back in years.
